A BILL to repeal sections eleven, eleven-a and eleven-b, article one-c, chapter eleven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the managed timberland program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of sections creating managed timberland program.

Sections eleven, eleven-a and eleven-b, article one-c, chapter eleven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, are hereby repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the managed timberland program.
